Today we were walking around the main mosque - Umayyad mosque, where every Friday at 1PM there were protests. This time, there were plenty of policemen undercover everywhere and they made their own demonstration -of support for the president. One of them explained to me that they came out of their free will to show support for the president... Later we were told that in plenty of other cities there where successful protests.

I’m thinking what to do in the coming days. Damascus is beautiful, has an amazing atmosphere, I would love to live here for a while. International crew I've been travelling with disperses, is it time for Jordan? I would like to stay here longer and see Beirut, but Easter won't wait for me...
