What a sensation:) The day before yesterday I thought again about leaving Jerusalem for good but quickly changed my mind. Yesterday I went to demonstrations to Al rot (near Bethlehem), where the Israelis built a wall completely encircling a small village. The situation of Palestinians is really difficult and complicated. I understand their demonstrations. When it seemed that after the demonstration (minor clashes with the unarmed police - stones from Palestinians versus tear gas from Israeli troops).Some soldiers arrested us along with several other "internationals". However, we were treated quite well and after 10 hours we were released. The Palestinians had to stay longer, except for two 12 year olds in prison where they also saw...
Hearing was short; the Israelis probably had other things on their heads. Now we have a ban for 15 days on approaching the "wall” and demonstrations.
